DMCA Notice of Alleged Infringement

A proper DMCA Notice must include the following information:

- Information reasonably sufficient to permit us to contact the complaining party, such as a mailing address, telephone number, and email address.
- A statement that the complaining party has a good faith belief that use of the material in the manner complained of is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law.
- A statement that the information in the Notice is accurate, and under penalty of perjury, that the complaining party is authorized to act on behalf of the owner of the exclusive right that is allegedly infringed.
Takedown Procedure
Upon receipt of a valid and complete DMCA Notice, ExploreyHub will take appropriate action in accordance with applicable law. This may include removing or disabling access to the allegedly infringing material.
Where possible, we will also notify the user or contributor who posted the content that has been removed. That user may have the right to submit a Counter-Notification claiming lawful use of the material, as permitted under the DMCA.
